GEOflux uses a simple credit-based system: one credit is one AI answer.

= 1 AI answer
Every tracked prompt is answered by each AI engine on every run, currently ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. That is 3 answers, so a prompt holds 3 credits for as long as you track it. Add-on engines hold extra credits on each prompt they answer: 3 for Claude, Grok and Copilot, 1 for Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews.
A Persona on a prompt is asked separately, so each [Prompt + Persona] combination holds 3 more credits.

Starter and Growth each come with a 14-day free trial: full access, no card. Your first payment is on day 15, and only if you choose to continue. Cancel any time before that with no charge.
The free plan is not a trial. It is a smaller version of GEOflux that stays free for as long as you use it: 45 credits (15 prompts) tracked every 3 days, 3 competitors, and no Personas or AI Readiness. The two are separate ways in, so a free account cannot be switched to a trial later. If you want the full product for 14 days, start on Starter or Growth.

Each one is switched on per project and paid in credits: 3 per prompt for Claude, Grok and Copilot, 1 for Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews.

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free, you pay for 10 months and get 12. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
If you purchase additional credits mid-year on an annual plan, you only pay for the remaining months, not a full year. At renewal, your subscription resets to the new full-year price.
Yes, all plans include unlimited user seats at no extra cost. Colleagues can be added as Editors or Admins. Clients can be given read-only access, so they can view their data without being able to change settings or configurations. No per-seat pricing, ever.
For annual plans, refunds are available for 50% of the remaining time in your billing cycle. Monthly plans are not refundable after the billing date.
